Wordless Wednesday – 2

This would be my second post on Wordless Wednesday. Have been caught up with a number of things and hence not so regular on this blog since last 10 days or so! Just to keep you folks updated, lot of things are coming my way and next one month is going to be really hectic. Strive to be regular soon. In the mean time enjoy this click captured from the most vibrant, iconic building that reflects the modern Bangalore!

Another addition to the concrete jungle :)

Mohan May 28, 2010 at 7:33 pm

Silicon city going diva after Silica (SiO2), not just concrete!!!

Roshmi (Musings of an Unknown Indian) May 26, 2010 at 6:07 pm

Awesome shot!

Yet… somehow I prefer the ‘old’ B’lore… with green, leafy trees, boulevards, with buildings of a bygone era… Sigh!

Reply

Mohan May 26, 2010 at 7:02 pm

Thanks Roshmi!
You must visit NR Colony area :)

Reply

Sneha May 26, 2010 at 5:57 pm

good one.. but its not all typical of bangalore.. if you captured the entrance along with the tower, the perspective would probably change. What say?

Mohan May 26, 2010 at 7:01 pm

I agree!

Reply

Aathira May 26, 2010 at 10:54 am

I agree… modern in terms of design… but once you go in, I think its a world even the modern Bangalore is not too comfortable with.

Reply

Mohan May 26, 2010 at 6:56 pm

I remember the words of Vijay Mallya saying “This place is not for all, I don’t want common people to come here”…

Reply

Prats May 26, 2010 at 10:05 am

Awesome pic… I have been here and exactly understand what you mean when you say modern bangalore. But somehow instead of modern I would rather use, elite & materialisitic’s of bangalore

Reply

Mohan May 26, 2010 at 6:53 pm

Thanks prats! I would agree on ‘Elite’ too :)
