Sounds crazy? It might sound so for you, but certainly that is the way things work at Yahoo! Well, today we had a Quality Engineering group consisting of 160+ people gathering at Wonderla for a conference till noon and to get indulged in the fun activities later on for the rest of the day! All the Yahoos reached office an hour early to start their journey to Wonderla, which is about 50 kilometers from the office locality. Folks were already in the fun mode and many started having fun while traveling in the bus itself. Heard they started of with antaakshari, dumb charades, singing etc., as a part of fun activity. Few traveled in cars to the venue, I was one of them – we missed that fun in the bus en route to Wonderla.
All were at the venue by 10:30 and thanks to Bangalore city traffic for a delayed start of the programme by an hour. We had a good number of visitors from all across the globe. Though we were late to start the conference, we ended up finishing all the itenarary on time! Thanks to event organizers for being prompt in managing the official stuff to dot perfection. We broke out for lunch sharp at 1 pm and started with adventurous rides after that. Jason – a US counterpart of my project was with me for most of the rides. We enjoyed both dry as well as water rides! Even we went on playing with water waves a couple of times and rain disco 
it was fun all the way. By evening we were tired and concluded the day with a laser and musical fountain show. It was a great day! Had lots of fun. At the same time, conference too.. That is Yahoo!
